Hello dead space *waves* Thought I'd write a post today to revive this blog.
I officially turned 23 ... Not feeling great at all. Nobody likes getting old alright! Appreciate all the wishes I get though at this timing, so much that I think I'm gna tear :'> Twitter even did this, nawwwhhh!
Anws spent the weekend w my ma boy at JB, teehee! The day didn't start off well though because, 1. We met at 10am instead of the usual 930am (we are the late bugs& that's how we roll. The 30 mins might not make a difference but just gna put the blame on it for now) and the queue was horribly long we had to stand under the sun. No kidding, we were perspiring and pissed. 2. No buses came? It was bad enough that we were under the sun, but the queue did not move a single bit. We then found out that there was a major jam at the woodlands checkpoint. Thankfully, the buses arrived after like a 45 minutes of wait. Better late than never aye. 3. Greeted by a massive crowd at the checkpoint! Why were we not surprised haha. We don't even know where to start queuing :\ Overall, we took ard 4 hrs just to reach. Pretty damn long to travel to JB don't you think. We've agreed to meet earlier next time to avoid such mishaps (ha ha doubt it).
The boyf surprised me w an early present for my bday and I was soooooooo happy! It's the Canon G7X that I've been harping on about for quite some time hehee thanks love :> I have guessed it though because he being the usual him.. Set the seller's contact as "Canon G7X", and me w my spying eyes caught that when he was texting the seller. One of the little things I adore about him, so blur but so cutie ^^ Pardon me on the mushy-ness. Even so, I'm still grateful for the surprise :>
First ever photo taken w the cam!
By the time we reach ιΈη, the εε
¨ duck was alr sold out, so much for wanting to reach earlier! So we settled for Dang Gui duck instead. Gone were the days when this place was just a normal stall with only a few customers. After some food blogger posted about this, the place have been crawling w ppl ever since.
Testing 1 2 3
Moving on, we checked in the hotel before it begun to rain. Decided to do a foot massage to kill of some time as we didn't have an umbrella. Dayummmm, I was on the verge of screaming out in pain the whole time! I had been working out for the past few days so I was suffering from severe muscleaches, just imagine the pain *smh* pay money to have ppl torture me, way to go!
We proceeded to karaoke in KSL for an hour! Mental note to self: Never ever sing k for just an hour man, not even sufficient! I was like skipping songs after every chorus just so I can cater for more songs. Hmmzz.
Followed by dinner at Mong kok cafe! In which they have this huge ass milk tea for ppl as a birthday treat. Your bday gotta be 2-3 days away (+/-). FREE DRINK FOR US! Unfortunately, we didn't finish it, wasted right I know! But we ordered too much food so yeah :\ stomach was pretty much stuffed.
Blackball for the wifi!!
Caught Hunger Games and ended our night. The show was meh btw.. Was expecting more action :\ oh did I mention? The wifi in our hotel room sucks big time! We stuck ard in the lobby for quite a bit cos the wifi connection was seemingly stronger there.
Didn't get to sleep well cos.... I have this fear about hotel rooms hahah call me paranoid but that feeling was indescribable. Boyf was sleeping so soundly I was so envious :(
Anws, we didn't have much money left so the next day was just aimless window shopping, and we left JB at 230pm.
There couldn't have been a better timing to leave, no crowd at all, reached home in < 2 hrs shiokk!
So this sums up the whole trip! I'd better get some sleep, headache at its worst rn. But yay, on leave Tmr :> Goodnighty earthlingssss!
